In addition to our depth of knowledge in business and technical matters, we have a staff and partners who are specialized in the fields of engineering, insurance, taxes, finance, law and communications. We know what needs to be done. After all, we managed these areas successfully for our own projects for many years.

Our services include:

• Negotiating with insurance companies, changing companies where necessary
• Optimization of business tax rates, where necessary, changing location of companies
• Successful enforcement of warranty claims for various equipment manufacturers (NEG Micon, Vestas, Nordex, Siemens)
• Retrieval (through court proceedings) of blind wages, illegal subsidies for construction costs of grid connection, network accesses charges and measurement costs
• Adaptation of financing, for example through interest hedging and complete loan restructuring. This is facilitated by the long-term partnerships we have maintained with banks over the years
• Good and regular communication with municipalities, energy providers, insurance companies, banks, and the shareholders.  This is the basis for a subsequent repowering, thus resulting in value enhancement of investments
